Need to Develop Video Conferencing Website

Need to develop video conferencing website I am looking for someone who has experience with web cam video conferencing software such as Cisco. We are creating a website that will allow someone to order the services of a doctor online. The Doctor already has a WebCam he needs to set up the software so people using a WebCam can talk and look at the doctor and the doctor can see them. We will be using PayPal to accept funds so that will not be a big part of the project we have a simple solution for the billing. What we need is somebody with experience with WebCams so that the connection and quality will be good. Also there will be an application that will need to be filled online and that information will be needed by the Doctor So there will be some PHP work and database work needed as well.
