Need coder to troubleshoot user registration form -- does not 'submit' properly.

We have a user registration form on our website which collects about 12 fields, such as first name, last name, city, state, zip code...etc. The user registration form creates a string like this on form submit: &firstname=asasa&lastname=sasa&email=slkssls%40aol.com&lname=sasa&fname=asasa&gender=M&address=23%20fdfd&city=Massapequa&state=NY&zip=11758&hphone=3454233243&phone=3454233243&dob=1990-07-10& and 'silent' posts that string to 1 third-party entity like this [login to view URL] The form then redirects the user to a co-registration site like this: [login to view URL] **The problem we are having is when the user hits Submit on our form, there is a delay of 5-30 seconds. We're not sure why. The code is all built out, we just need someone to troubleshoot why there is a delay and to fix it so that the form submit is quick.** The "fix" should not cause any other function to break.
