Name capture and scroller

I have a wordpress blog that has a optin form that goes to aweber. What I need is a way for when the do the form, my page will capture the Name and country and save it to a mysql database. Then on that same page I need a scroller that would scroll those names horizontally across the page continually. Not sure if I am real clear on that. If I am not, let me know and I can send you an example of a page that does this already.
