Multi-Platform Text over IP

I am looking for an app running on Android, iPhone, Blackberry and Symbian S60 through the application of Phonegap as development tool. The app must be able to send messages to other contacts through accessing the contact list and sending it to the relevant persons through their mobile phone numbers that are registered on the server as their usernames..? Look for my document for further explenation on how I think it should look like. If you've got suggestions/corrections/things you think should be different, let me know! ## Deliverables **Full description text over IP app** ** ** **I am looking for anapp that will be developed through phonegap making it available for Android, Blackberry,iPhone, Symbian (and in the future more platforms). It must be possible to be allowed in the relevant app market..** **The system needs to dothe following tasks:** **1. It must extract yourmobile phone number** **2. This mobile phonenumber will be your user name and will be stored in the database. The app willbe able to run in the background.. Every time you use the app, a latestlocation of this user will be stored on the server.** **3. The app must beable to have access to all contacts of the user’s phone** **4. If the user wantsto write/send a message, he/she can select a contact, if this contact also usesthe text-over-ip service the next screen appears in which the user can type amessage and send it. If the other contact does not have the service, a messagewill pop up stating that a normal SMS text message will be sent (by going tothe same next screen and sending a SMS text message instead through our server,or by just integrating the native SMS text messaging application, what’s easierfor you..)** **5. Just likeiPhone/android text messaging application, conversations will be related andsaved.. So that if you receive a message, you can see the previous messagesbetween you and this specific contact. Furthermore, if you see a conversationthere is the option to directly send a message to this other contact.** **These conversations,ordered on date, will fill the home screen. So, if you receive a message, youwill be notified through a vibration and/or a sound and a notification message,dependent on your phone’s notification settings.
