Magento Expert needed URGENTLY for website speed

What I need or require: *Fix the magento website speed based on the Webmastertools recommendations. Since I cannot monitor what you do, I will measure the speed after you fix the website and it I have not seen at least 80% improvement in speed then you will not get paid. *The Goal is to get to 100/100 rating for page speed but I know this may not be possible so I will be lenient on this. *To be selected you need to let me know what tools you will use to improve the website speed. FOR THE COMPLETE INFORMATION PLEASE REFER TO THE ATTACHMENT. What I already have versus what the provider will deliver: The website is already set up and running very well. All you need to do is work on files that will speed up the website and DO NOT affect the functioning of the website. Other context/requirements that providers will need to know: * The current speed of the website according to google take 8.4 seconds to load. This is slower than 91% of sites. *Failure to address the attachment brief will result you not getting considered. *SEND ME AN EMAIL outlining what you plan on doing. Specific expertise/background that I am seeking: Magento expert who has fixed more than 5 of these websites and done similar jobs to this description. Timeframe for delivery: 1-2 weeks
