573470 Joomla 2.5 Template from PSD

Hi, The title says it all. Keep in mind: 1. Must pass W3C validation. 2. Must be done in HTML5 and CSS2 - 3 techniques. 3. Menus must work with CSS, not Joomla! extensions. 4. Site has a Home page and rest-of-the-pages layout. Both look exactly the same; there is just some modules for the home page. 5. A preview, at least, should be done this week (I am selecting someone fast!). Looking for someone who can do HTML5 and CSS3 for more projects in the future.
