GPS TAXI SYSTEM ADMIN / USER INTERFACE

Hi, I need a online aplication for a taxi system. TABLE DRIVER STATUS 1 FREE 2 Going to Start Point 3 Going to End Point 4 UNAVAILABLE TABLE ORDER STATUS 1 PENDING 2 ACCEPTED 3 ON PROGRESS 4 FINISHED 5 CANCELED ADMIN: * Add, edit, block drivers. (+20) * Add, edit, permissions (Administrator(1), Assistant(+3)) ASSISTANTS: * Add, cancel, edit orders by phone and add Start Point / End Point in Google Maps. * Can view all taxis positions in Google Maps (can filter by driver status too) * All taxi positions in Google Maps need show this info in a marker: Driver (Name, ID, CarID), ORDER (#orderID, Start Point(º,', '', Directions), End Point(º,', '', Directions), Customer Name, Date/time, Time elapsed, Distance elapsed, Current Speed, Max Speed) * All taxi positions in Google Maps need show this info in a polyline: All points each 30 seconds from path. (Only I need based on last driver status, each status will have a color) DRIVERS: They will can view in a LCD w/ mobile internet: * Google Maps w/ buttons at bottom for select driver status, this need reload a xml file w/ orders, current position each 30 seconds. (Current position is stored in database and this will be generate a polyline based on last driver status.) * All orders w/ order status PENDING w/ a 20 KM radius in markers (Only if current driver status = FREE) - If driver click in a marker will display Start Point / End Point / Date register and a button for accept thir order, this marker (order) will be change to status ACCEPTED when driver click on button. * If status = ACCEPTED, only show markers Start Point / End Point based on current order. * When drivers are 50m closer to Start Point they can view button ON PROGRESS. * When driver is in Start Point they can view button "NOTIFY TO CUSTOMER". (This send a mail or SMS OR CALL (customer election)) * When drivers are 50m closer to End Point they can view button FINISHED. * Show only markers Start Point, End Point if driver status is ON PROGRESS. * They can view button Cancel ORDER !! They will can view in a PC: * Reports - A table with this data: (#orderID, amountforDriver(This need be -15% based on order amount), start time, end time, start Point, end Point, time elapsed, distance elapsed, AVG Speed, Max Speed) with filter by month, year. - A table at bottom of page based on previous table. (SUM, AVG, MAX) Remember: All points in path and driver status each 30 seconds need be saved. (markers y polylines) CUSTOMERS: * Website for register. * When is registered and Verification by Phone (I need buy a software like Amazon Verification by Phone) they can place orders. * When they place a order, can save your info Start Point / End Point with markers in Google Maps (MY PATH). (STATUS=PENDING) * They can pay this w/ credit card. ([login to view URL] credentials will be provided) * When order is accepted, need send a mail to customer, and can view in Google Maps where is actually this driver. (STATUS=ACCEPTED) * They can left feedbacks (visible for all), comments (visible only for customer) in each order placed. PD: Source code need be commented and optimized, each day will be added + 25000 points, so I need query optimization.
