140714 Expanding team on net game

Looking to expand the coding team on a site I have just acquired. The site is an online role playing forum something similar to www.gaiaonline.com. The site is currently a coding mess and needs to be cleaned up and alot need recoding. The site is based on phpbb as users earn game gold by posting in the forums. I am looking to enhance phpbb and basically streamline the whole site. This will be an ongoing project and if the chosen coder wishes, there are chances of alot of future work. Payment is negotiable as this is an ongoing project and I honestly have no idea how long this will take to sort out.
