Dreamweaver Logic Selection

I am a relative novice at html so I need something done which is probably simple but? is a little more complex than the usual html. Specifically I need the user to select between 3 options with a dreamweaver list box which can have? 3 different states. This will generate 27 different states.? ? After these? are selected I want the user to then click select and go to one of 27 different pages (on the basis of that selection). I would like this not to require the server, but rather to be done on the users machine. I would like the coding to be in a simple format, hopefully java script. If it is possible I would like to learn how to do some simple arithmetic with java script (Say 100*Item1.index+10*Item2.index+Item3= VariableX, with variable X then controling the which page is called for when the the user hits Submit. Basically on looking at this as getting an example done of something? that I would like to use, but cannot puzzle out by myself with the texts I have a hand.
