Css - xHTML - PHP $400/month

Looking for someone with great CSS/xHTML skills, who can design entire sites using CSS (ie. no HTML tables). As for now I have 3 different websites in progress. Need the code to be finished ASAP. Designs need to be optimised for search engines and fully crossbrowser-compatible with all the major browsers: Mac OSX - Safari -Firefox Windows XP - IE6 - Firefox - Safari Windows Vista - IE7 - Firefox - Safari Some fields will require implementing PHP code which I already have. MySql work required too. Daily communication thru messenger required. Pls send links that will show your previous work. Job will pay $400 a month. Tell how many hours you can work on this project each day for this amount!
