Coder for Calendar - Regular Work!

First off I need to explain the type of person I need for this job: I need someone who works alone and is a good coder and not learning as they go along! who can speak good English and is a fast worker! who uses AIM or MSN or ICQ to communicate with who works during the day and can be online to talk to most of the time if need be. Also someone who can design around the coding they are doing to keep things tidy would be nice! I don't want a company who has a team working for them or that charges $40 an hour for there work, I can't afford it! Payment via Paypal or something similar would be handy ---------------------- I currently have a website that is used as a online organiser for my business,It was created about 2 years ago and the coder I have working on it isn't coding anymore but when he was he kept adding parts to it so it shouldn't be to hard for someone to pickup on. It automatically emails information, stores and alerts me to changes, has a front end for users to add information, stores information I load into it and creates a invoice/payment document. Its already created and working but need someone to keep it running and add to it, I have small problems occurring at the moment and no one to maintain it! For the right person this could lead to regular work, I have various websites that also need a good coder to create my ideas so there is plenty of work available. Thank you very much for all bids.
