channels website (pics of design)

I am looking for someone to create me a website from design: channels page: [login to view URL] playing channel page: [login to view URL] (only the channels part needs to be done) I have some similar websites so almost everything is already made (just copy the scripts from other website): scripts i have (you can use them): - entering channels in database (admin panel, saves in mysql) - shows thumbnails - rating (cookie based, one rate per IP - in ajax) - play streams you will also need to create playlist files for channels (.asx) that will randomly play videos entered in .asx file I am sure a skilled programmer can finish this work very fast and with no problem. --------------------------------------------------- This is NOT a YouTube like website, NO streaming script is necessary to install on server. Please do NOT bid if you don't have time to start in a few days time or if you are too busy with other projects.
