Prestashop theme customisation / layout design / modify existing template

We are looking for a experence developer with alot of experence with prestashop theme template design, we have a existing theme installed from template monster that someone else made and we want to make some changes to the layout of the theme. This is the site [login to view URL] you can see there is a large slider images up the top middle of the page i want this remove (and a option installed somewhere to re activate it again later, eg turn it on and off) We also want in place of this large slider images boxes made with images on each box and heading for sub categories You also will need to program the links for these subcategories so i am able to change the landing pages Each box will be a link to another page with products listed that i want to select. MUST have alot of experience with module design and template design.
