I Need Help to Modify and Upgrade PHP site

This is a re-post of my previous project, too many non-responsive bidders and time waster! Please bid only if you can provide fast support within 1 day as I'm looking for a long term partner who can continuously helping me to upgrade my site. Those who have bidded previously need not bid again as I'm probably not interested, I do not want to waste your time again. Thank you! 3 fixes needed includes: 1.) URL that has been changed/removed should be redirected to hommepage or display a page with "the content is no longer available"(I need both the code!). The first fixes have 2 problems: i) My site was first using Joomla script and lots of [login to view URL] similar URL has been generated and indexed by Google. I have now changed to a modified turnkey arcade script, but this has causes a lot of duplicated content of my curent homepage which I want it to be removed/redirected. (Note: Redirect all [login to view URL] back to homepage will not do as part of my site are still using it, beside I know how to do that in .htaccess. It'd be fine if you know how to redirect specific word behind [login to view URL]). ii) The arcade itself is causing the problem. For those who have experienced in Arcade script should know that the file URL only reconized the file ID number but not the name. This create duplicated content when I changed the name of the file as both URL with the same ID but different name are accessible. I want you somehow to make the script reconize the file name as well as the ID, so that the old URL will be redirected or displayed a "not found" page. 2.) The current pagination system is breaking my pages. I want something similar to Google search pagination system with button jump directly to the first and last page. (on categories, sub-categories, search and member list) 3.) My site have main-categories & sub-categories. I want the links to these categories listed on both main & sub category pages under the "same category". I'm not good at explaning, it might sound a little complicated, but in fact it is very easy.
