Current Modeling Site Upgrades and Billing Integration

** I Have up to a $500 Budget for this Project ** My site is an online “Adult” Modeling portfolio site called adultxmodels.com. The site has been running for about 4 years. I no longer have contact with my programmers that I was using for the last 5-6 years for my projects and I am in urgent need of 2 things for my site: 1. Billing Integration - My site was directly connected to a billing company, when a producer fills out our registration form he would then be brought to the “payment” page for the billing company and then my site would collect data from the transaction and add it to our data base to monitor each producer for monthly payments or subscription cancellation. Our site would also connect to the billing company nightly to double check the transaction details and update our database if needed. The billing company we used (IBILL) no longer processes transactions and I need the site reprogrammed to work with the new billing company’s (CCBILL & Paymonde). As of right now we have no billing option on the site. 2. New Version - The second part is, my programmers were in the middle of finishing up our second version to be released with a bunch of new features and options for the site. Since I no longer have contact with them, I need the new version to be completed; right now it is about 95% complete. I have all the code for this, but there are a couple of parts that were not complete and a few things that need the finishing touches on. I am a designer and do all the graphics for the site so any and all graphics and page layout changes will be provided. I am not a programmer so all I know is that the site uses PHP, MySql, JavaScript, and maybe some java. The site was completely designed by me and I have all the original documents that explain every feature of the site that is currently running and also the features for the new version that was given to my original programmers. I need someone who is confident they will have no problems working with what is already programmed. If it is easier to reprogram parts of the site rather then try and change what is already there, that is fine, but the site has stay working the same way. I do not want to worry about a programmer starting this project and then having problems because they do not understand what is already programmed. This is very important because I understand that everyone has there own way of programming. Also the person will have to correspond with the new billing companies to make sure that the billing pages work correctly. I am happy to answer any questions you have and get you access to the site to view the currently running version. Please note that who ever is chosen for this project will have to sign a non-discloser agreement to keep the details of our site confidential and to make sure the site is not reproduced. One last thing, as I stated above I no longer have contact with the programmers I have used over the last 5-6 years, so if all goes well with this project, we can discuss the many other projects I have on an ongoing basis.
