API connection between CRM system WORKetc and Email Marketing System Campaign Monitor WORKetc ([login to view URL]) Campaign Monitor ([login to view URL]) API WORKetc at [login to view URL] API Campaign Monitor at [login to view URL] We are changing CRM system and email marketing system and we need help with creating a connection through API between the two systems. For example we need a new Lead to be created in our CRM system when a person subscribes to our newsletter on our website. We want to control what information/fields are added to the lead through the web form and then also have the Newsletter activity from Campaign Monitor to be automatically updated in our CRM system. E.g. when looking at a contact in WORKetc CRM we want to be able to see if he has opened the last newsletter and what links he has clicked. This will give valuable information to our sales people. Bids only accepted from people who have a proven successful case of previously integrating an Email Marketing Service and a CRM system with the same functionality using API.
