I need a SEO to increase ranking on my site

I need my site to be in top 10 of google. Hi, I need someone experienced in optimizing and increasing ranking in Google and others. NOTE: I DONT care about optimizing the site or whatever, all I care about is to have my site in top 10 of google for the keywords below. Again, you have to do whatever it takes, link exchange or whatever, to bring my site up to top 10 in google. again, you can optimize my site even further if you need to, however, my design has to stay the same and I don't want lots of junk words in my text. partial work will get 0 credit, I have to see my site in top 10 of google, before you get paid. give me the time lenght you need to complete the project with your bid as I know google takes a while to update.
