Seeking a highly competent website programmer to automate a new website in accordance with detailed specifications to be supplied to the selected Freelancer. The design/layout of the Index page is being finalized and will be provided to the Freelancer who will have to upload and make links. All publicaly visible supporting webpages will use the top part of the Index page as a template. Ideally, we would like this project completed with 7-10 days maximum. The website has 3 main features: (1) A membership section whereby member data is manually added in Admin and select data then displayed in the public area. Ability to generate emails to check with references in a standard template format. (2) Quotation request handling - not complex, basically capturing data and converting this into a table that can be added into the body of emails to be distributed to relevant members. (3) Miscellaneous including (a) input of New Items into Admin with the Subject being displayed on the Index page (with option to view all News Items), (b) placing all text fields and generic emails into a "Template" section so that they can be changed as needed and (c) building an email database (that can be downloaded as CSV) pulled from submissions via the website and additional emails uploaded to the database via CSV. The successful Freelancer will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement and bid will be paid incrementally - 20% deposit, 20% on completion of the Membership module, 20% on completion of the Quotation module, 20% on the completion of Miscellaneous and the final 20% upon upload to my web-server. We will pay extra for any additions/modifications needed that differ from the specifications. The successful Freelancer can look forward to additional automation of the website in the form of either a monthly retainer OR on a per project basis.

To be sure, this project is broken into 3 logical parts, Membership section: info to be added by admin with certain fields being shown in public area, an Quote request handling, with a form input to be held and sent in email to select users, and finally Misc with items like new items for administrators, ability to change user source screen, and build up of an email database, with up and down capability. Assumptions made in this , with PHP code selection, is a MySQL database, as well as an ability to send emails from system automatically.
