This should be pretty easy for any experienced OpenCart developer. The tasks include the following: Fix issue There's an serious PHP error causing all sorts of problems (undefined variables). May just be a typo somewhere. Please troubleshoot. Speed up site Besides manually tuning it up, install an alternative for Opencart to make site run faster – similar to WordPress's SuperCache. Security Practices Go over security and ensure that it is safe and secure. Clean up HTML Clean up HTML code on all pages. No in-line CSS, no broken html tags etc. It looks very bloated as of now if you Check Source. SEO URL Make SEO URL fully work. It works already, but we are seeing some issues with the links on the Homepage (not nginx related).
