PHP Code Development for remotely launching some javascript tools in an extern website -- 2

I need someone to write a code in php that connect to an extern website like an scrapper tool, and launch a javascript code inside the extern site in order to get the results I would get in the site via common navigator. The site to connect may need user login. The employee will test the code in a server of my our property to be sure it works properly. The whole code will be delivered.
