Need Child Theme Created For OptimizePress Theme

I have a WordPress website/blog using the optimize press 1.0 theme.... I need a child theme created that adds some changes to the theme: 1. I need the home page to have 3 columns (2 side bars and 1 main content area in the middle). One sidebar should be on the left and the other on the right of the main content area. See screenshot image here: [login to view URL] The sidebars should be fully editable by me in the widgets section. The main content section should have the content that you see on the screenshot. (i think this information is probably already listed on the static wordpress page that is assigned to the homepage but after an optimizepress update, it stopped showing up). Below that content (in the main section) should be my last 5 blog posts. I would also like you to redesign the optin form on the sidebar. I will provide you with fresh opt-in code. I also want you to change the color of the "search" button in the sidebar. 2. I need a page template that uses the same sidebars as the home page. There is already a page template called "Blog Page Design" on my site but it was screwed up with an update. Please edit this template so that all pages already associated with that template will update as well. I may also need a few small random changes done to these pages that I will only see as you start working. Only WordPress/OptimizePress experts should apply. This is an easy project so, please, no ridiculously high bids.
