Create a Wordpress Plugin or Module for Appointments

Dear All, We are legal service provider and we want to integrate online scheduling in our wordpress website. Flow should be as follows : 1. Admin Can able to define all the services provided. 2. Admin can define the Price for each Service. 3. Admin can able to activate/deactivate services. 4. Admin can able to define the schedule details like available date/time and slot of each meeting (something similar to vcita wordpress plugins) 5. User can visit to our website and they will select the service and amount will be auto calculated. 6. On procced they will fill the appointment form and procced for payment (System should create account online,if user is new or if user is returning then they should user email and password) 7. On confirmation system should generate appointment request to admin. 8. admin can approve the appointment or reschedule the appointments 9. Appointment can be rescheduled by user also. 10. User can able to track all previous appointments. 11. admin can also keep track of all upcoming appointments/completed appointments/cancelled appointments. For more clarification we can have call.
