PHP Order & Downloads script

hi there I have a website that has been mostly built, using PHP and MySQL however the existing coder is not highly experienced with PHP and is unable to complete the website. I am still requiring an Order / Downloads & Payment (using paypal) <[login to view URL]> This site is a good reference on viewing products, ordering and paying. Will require something on the Home Page and perhaps also accessible via other pages of the site to get to this area. Maybe Download and Purchase links. When they get to the initial area / page there will be a big area at the top detailing the newest release (title and description) with big ‘Buy Now’ button and a much smaller ‘Download Free Trial’ button. Underneath these will be Optional add-ons part Which will be a list of optional add-ons with description and next to them will be either a Buy Now button or a Download Now button. (Depending on if the add-on is free or not). Underneath those will be Patches part Which will be a list of essential patches to download that fixes some errors, again a description is required and next to these will be a Download Now button. I will send full details and link to the website in question to interested coders. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
