We have a Magento store set up with the M2E Pro extension, it has a cron job which is non functional.
The company that build the site is not sure as to why this is and have tried a few things, i am not technical enough to try.
The cron must be fixed and functioning every 5mins and the M2E extension synchronising with eBay.
