Build a Website

Building a website with logins for volunteers of my foundation. Any one can post blood requirements. It will alert all the volunteers living in & around that area by sending out a message. This is 1 one of the projects of this organization as of now. This website should also be ready to host more projects in future. Also an app of same sort would be required. Every login should have a profile and when volunteers register they can use google+ or facebook to obtain login ids for this website or app. There should be head volunteer logins who can enter the date when volunteer donated blood in their profiles. Volunteer logins should show their pics, basic info, when they donated blood, like fb instead of likes there will be hearts earned for every cause he stands. Ex: Anonymous posts a message of blood requirement in vijaynagar area. It would alert all the volunteers staying in and around(2-3km) vijaynagar by an SMS that there is a requirement of blood.
