Widget for auction application (ILance)

Hi I need simple widget which would allow customers to put it on their sites and promote their products. Requirements: - it should have size about 300x250 - products should be displayed as thumbnails in 4 rows and 5 columns and after I hoover on it they should be a little bigger to see the picture - it should be multilingual. All phrases for specific language should be in xml files, so for example [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Current language should be take from $_SESSION which is defined for logged in user - after clicking on the image it should display more details about product. After that when I click "Buy now" or on the image new window should be opened with product. - this will be application for auction site owner so I need the object definition to allow me to enter there user ID, so if I will want to create my php application which will generate links for marketplace customers I need there their ID All data will be take from MySQL database. I'll provide all fields where it should be taken from and the structure. I'll need all rights to this software and all sources. Payment will be done by paypal.
