Vista-Like Skin for Program

Please check-out the attached files! I need a new skin for my program, and I want it to be like the new Media Player 11 (Vista-look with glossy colors): 1) I've attached a screen shot of the current look ([login to view URL]) 2) The program's background (currently light blue), will be changed to black, not glossy black, just plain black because the window is resizeable 3) The background of the part on the top, marked in red, could be similar to [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] (this part will not be resized) 4) The background of the part on the bottom, marked in red ([login to view URL]) could be similar to 3), (this part will not be resized) 5) The buttons (11 in total), will be like the WMP11 "Stop" icon in normal state, like |<< and >>| on hover, and like "Pause" (||) (blue) in clicked state (will not be resized) 6) The shape of the icons that are currently being used for the buttons can stay, you will just need to adjust the colors so that everything harmonizes I'm still not sure if it is a good idea to use a black background as it might be bad for the eyes ([login to view URL]), please let me know your opinion about this, an alternative would be to make a skin similar to Office2003. I will provide you with the PSD sources for all skin images and expect the PSD source of the new skin when done. Please provide some samples of your work (graphic, skins) if possible, and a time-frame for delivering the work.
