Static Website with Database Driven Photo Gallery

We need a website for our Client who is in Event Management. Website will have both static and dynamic modules. Static module for informative section like about, clients, support etc. and dynamic modules for products, search, News section. Static Informative Website Features : -Attractive & fast loading Layout -Use of Flash Effect where ever needed -Upto 5 pages website design -Attractive Photo Gallery -Use of Latest Web Standards (Css, xHTML) -1 Enquiry Form -Search Engine Friendly Design -Basic Onpage Optimisation (Title tags, Meta tags, alt tags, H1 tags etc.) -Sitemap Creation for Google Static pages will include – Home, Profile, Application, Careers, Contact etc. Dynamic Section of the website : For this section we will need Admin Panel to add content to website. Admin Login : We can create as many users for admin panel who will be able to add events, news on the website. Forget password functionality incase user forgets the password. Event Category Management : User can add/edit/delete/view categories for the events. Admin can add as many categories he wants. Event Management : User will be able to add Event details like Name, Category, description, images etc. Once a user fills the following details event will show on the website. User will be able to Add/Edit/Delete/View events from admin panel. Event Gallery : This will be a dynamic photo and video gallery where you can upload all the images and attach it to a particular event. By doing so, on the website every event will be linked with photo gallery so that website visitor can see the Images. Enquiry Database : In the front end of the website there will be an option to download the PDF brochures. Whenever a user clicks on download brochure link they will have to fillout an enquiry form, once they fill the enquiry form the data will be stored in database and automated email will be sent to visitor containing the download link for the brochure he had requested. Admin will get a automated email notification for containing the contact details of the user. Admin can also check this details form admin panel which will be sorted date wise. News management : User will be able to add/edit/delete/view news articles on the website. This articles can be of any event announcement, general business trends , tradeshow details etc. Events via Categories : There will be another option to find the events via Categories in the front end. First all the main categories will be displayed on clicking on a category an sub categories in that category will be shown and finally clicking on sub categories another level of categories will be shown and finally the event in that particular categories will be shown.
