I have a partially completed Pay Per View webcam module that another company (rajelensoft - [login to view URL]) started but abondoned after they got my $2000 payment. I would like a competent flash developer to quickly complete this for me. Only bid if you have developed such systems before. I will discuss via PM the details with qualified bidders. Under no circumstances will you collect any money before the work is done. Pre-payment is not an option, DONT ask for it. Money will be placed in escrow and released only when it is 100% functional. This is not negotiable. DO NOT BID if this condition is a problem for you.
