Flash Application - Text comparison

Need a simple, but visually appealing flash program that does the following: - User can copy and paste text from Source A and paste the data into Textbox A (Or user can also upload either a .doc or .txt to fill in Textbox A) - User copy can copy and paste text from Source B and paste the data into Textbox B ( No upload feature) - Comparison feature, when clicked, the program will compare the text from Source A and the text from Source B and check for similarities based on the words that are matched. - Results of the comparison shown (based on a percentage of words matched), giving a graded answer (ie, A+, A-,A, B+,B,B-, etc) and some text on the results. Other notes: character limits in the uploads; if the user uploads the file, it needs to parse out text only; need to be able to drop it into my current website (which is done in php). Should not take up a lot of space on the page. Must have a Web 2.0 look to it. Affordable! See attached image for a rough example. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) All source files associated with the creation of the flash application, including the .fla. ## Platform Needs to run on all internet browsers.
