wordpress theme customizing

Our client has a wordpress theme that is 2 column that needs customizing slightly, its pretty straight forward stuff. Like I am familiar with wordpress backend and coding but dont have time to do this. We need this work done upon acceptance in a 72hr window, the faster the better, so this project requires a highly focused individual, who has no internet problems, no personal hangups and can provide us examples of wordpress themes they have customized ... NOONE will be accepted who cannot provide evidence of wordpress themes they have designed before or customized. We would like to see any graphic work you have done too. You Must have STRONG graphic, html, php, wordpress skills! 1. Need a comments image inserted just above comments area, will show inside of it related posts, subscribe info and button to post i will show an example when awarded 2. We own another wordpress theme which has a comment display in effect that uses 3 colors and bubble shape for comments, i.e person 1, brown color, person 2 light brown, admin is green. It uses Gravatars too, I need you to get that same thing into my theme.. so probably just a copy and paste of code i think. I can supply you with this.
