Windows XP System Tray Modification

I use the below code in an Access 2003 form module to close the default windows phone dialer. The problem is that the phone dialer icon remains in the system tray (Windows XP) after terminating the phone dialer. I need to modify the below code so that the phone dialer icon is removed from the system tray when the phone dialer program is terminated. If there is a way to simply refresh the system tray, that may be all that is needed.
