Scope includes an update on the logo, colors, look and feel, tracking and more advanced analytic information about the web traffic, a ‘sign in’ (provide an accurate email, a link to the document requested sent to the e-mail address) for access to educational materials including videos, documents, and a shopping cart update. Easy website navigation 3. The website is a tool for education, and demonstration of how our products work, and have a "new ideas" or business development page. 4. The website will be an extension of our customer service so that customers can log on and easily find the information to answer their questions 5. I want a more fluid and modern look to the e-store 6. I would like information requests to fill out their contact info so it easily can be loaded into our ACT database. 7. Need access to tracking info - beyond "the number of hits"...we're needing relevant website tracking information as to who's on the site, where their coming from, what pages they're spending time on, what information they are downloading etc.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
