VB6 - Split Images and Create HTML Table

Create a program that will split bmp, jpg, gif and png files (picturebox) into smaller files. If bmp, save as multiple bmp files. If jpg, save as multiple jpg files (if possible). User will specify how many rows and columns wanted. If user says 2 columns and 3 rows, 6 pictures will be produced from the one picture provided. Split the images and then produce HTML code to make HTML table that joins them together.
