Hi I'm a web designer based on the Gold Coast Australia. At this stage I need assistance preparing a quote for a potential client as I have to win the contract first. My only experience is with MS Access and not suitable for this site. The page is a real estate/investment property I have attached a site map and design brief. I am able to do all the front end design work, html, dhtml, css etc. all I need is someone who can create the code for client login, database etc. I WOULD PREFER A CODER IN AUSTRALIA, but if you have a reliable history will consider others.
I need you to respond quickly as I need to have the quote submitted within next 48hrs. The client has limited knowledge so it needs to be extremely simple for him to update. I will have to explain the updating process to him so please bear this in mind as you'll have to teach me as well. He does not have a hosting agreement so I need to find a reliable host as well. What I want from a response is the type of database and why this is suitable and some samples of your work. Thank you all in advance.
