Shell Script to monitor Log file

Hi,
I am looking for SHELL Script which checks for Log every 10 mins and grep for an error(s). If it finds an error it will email the error portion but when it checks again after 10 mins for the same Log it SHOULD exclude (ignore) the previous error and start from where it had left the log 10 Min back. Basically this script will run as cron job every 10 Min and check the Log file for errors and and will not repeat the previous log content it already checked 10 min back else everytime it will email /page as that error will always remain the log file and we can't change/modify the original Log file.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

(No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
