Review template graphics required

We require the design of a basic html page following a product review format which can be seen here -? [[login to view URL]][1] The same format should be followed as the above mentioned example, however all graphics must be unique and fonts must be changed. We also require 6 separate background and header/footer colors -? 1. Red 2. Blue 3. Green 4. Grey 5. Black 6. Yellow So we just need you to supply us with 6 templates of the varying colors mentioned above. Also we require free changes if we have a problem with the initial creation. Please supply us with some example work you have completed in the past. We look forward to working with you. Thanks
