Registration and download web pages using PHP and MySQL

We are looking for a web developer to implement the web pages needed for users to register for and download the beta of our upcoming software product. A total of 4 "pages" is needed: a Registration page, a Log-In page, a User Area page and Feedback page. In addition, after successfully registering users will immediately be sent an email containing the link to download the product. As our product is targeted at smart phones, separate versions of the Registration, Log-In, User Area and Feedback pages are needed for when the users accesses them from a mobile device (BlackBerry). The mobile pages are stripped down versions of their desktop counterparts, will contain the same form elements but no graphics, frames etc.
