Please forgive me as I have no understanding of the tables in Quickbooks, so some questions may seem niave at this stage. We have two small projects we would like done. 1) the ability to export the details of staff to a csv file. I.E. Name, address, DOB, etc 2) the ability to update a field when an invoice is printed. The field would simply note the date printed so our accounts receiveable team can follow up payment. I don't know if there are any blank fields that can be used for this?
