The project comprises the creation of a small informational web site for a real estate investment company. The web site will provide information on the company`s property portfolios, and include a contact form.
The design has already been created (in Powerpoint). The objective of the project is to convert or reproduce the design (7 pages) so it can be displayed on the web, and code the underlying html.
Please read the attached RFP for more information.
## Deliverables
The deliverables of the project are listed below:
· Complete and fully functioning site uploaded to the target server.
· Self-extracting Zip file with complete design (html and graphics) and source files.
> · E.g. if the design was created in Photoshop, we require the .psd file.

> · The Zip file should extract the files into the correct directory structure (folders and sub-folders).
>
> · All the externalities to the design, for example if the font used is one not typically found on the Windows operating system then please include the font files.
· Complete ownership and distribution copyright to all work submitted and / or purchased.
> · All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
