1)Our site allows users to upload their material to [login to view URL] the files upload we view them in our "admin".We have three options; "Approve","Deny" or "Delete" the uploaded [login to view URL] previous material by a user has been uploaded and approved it is posted to our storefront and users can go back at a later date and make [login to view URL] now if a user makes changes to their files and we "Deny" them, the New changes are applied in the admin [login to view URL] we want is for the user changes to cancel and the files stay the same in the admin without changes if we "Deny" a user upload.
2)We would like to have another white and yellow box placed on our site to display [login to view URL] box will have a database of many videos over [login to view URL], what we would like this box to do is possibly rotate all of the different videos that will be stored in that particular [login to view URL] if there are 5 different videos we would like a snapshot of the 5 different videos to rotate in this particular [login to view URL] a snapshot of a video appears interesting to a visitor, then the visitor should click on the snapshot and the video starts to play
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
