Open Realty Custom Search / Display IDX Implementation

Creation of a custom search, summary and detail display page in Open Realty 2.3.3 for search of Multiple Listing (MLS) property listings. MLS property listings are from an IDX feed using IDXManager (data feed is already converted and in a usable format). Project involves customization of existing Open Realty template, creation of new add-ons to add search and display functionality, possible structural changes to mySQL database to enhance search functionality. Experience with real estate search sites, Open Realty, php and mySQL required.

## Deliverables

1. Development of custom search pages for residential and land property categories. 2. Customization of search results and detail pages. 3. Development of custom menu system for Open Realty template. 4. Enhancement of "print listing", "email listing" and "contact agent" functions in Open Realty, as well as "save search" and "favorites" requiring user sign in.
