Make a website more professional

I have an existing website that is live but I am unhappy with it. - It needs to look the same in IE, Firefox, Safari etc - It needs to look more professional - It needs to be mostly html and then css for fonts for Search Engine Optimization - The page alignment is off when I click through the site's different pages....it's almost like the pages shift - I need the page names to stay the same ([login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] ETC) I need someone to work on this site on their own server then show me the results then I'll upload the files to my server. ## Deliverables I'm attaching the site files
