have a website that shows free internet tv.
However .This is the index page .. I also need other pages done that will be provided if interested in this job. Total pages are index,tvmain,tvmain1,option pages with results like most popular etc and finally an admin cp page
Here is the index
A - Make us a new logo name use the same spot and background but put our name BufferTV. Please supply me the psd for this so i can alter the name in the future if needed.
B - Remove
C - Google Adsense spot.
D - Make all the links work.
E - Rotating Channels ... here I need in an admin page the optiont to submit channels to appear in rotation in this spot. I need to enter the channel name and number along with jpeg like shown.
F - The same as E , need an admin section for this too ,, where I can add url's to show a preview of whats playing on that channel.
*I need the url of the stream to be hidden , I need a way for this to happen. Because now they just need to right click and see the properties.
G&H - Need all these links to work to there proper sections.
I - Works in conjuction with F ,, shws the name of the channel and number.
J - Need an admin page for this too where I can edit news.
K - Coming soon .... Just need it to link to a coming soon page.
L - Your imagination ,, I need a control panel for the people ,, more a favroite channel guide. Where they can save there favorite channels and even move the order they appear .. look at the jpeg called [url removed, login to view] included with this attachment.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
