Few fixes to site required

My site is up and running

However I have a few problems that need fixing.

1. The site does not display correctly (missing menus) in Firefox. So I need someone to run a browser compatibility check, and fix any issues.

2. The non flash version of my site (the one you automatically go to), features WMV videos driven by AX. For some reason, many viewers cannot view these, so I think it is best to use Flash videos (either SWF or FLV). I already have these videos and they are on my server (and run through flash version of my site).

So I just need someone to place the Flash versions where WMV currently is.

Very straight forward.
