extracting and updating an excel file from another excel file (for ASTony)(repost)

This is an Excel VBA project. There is 1 Excel workbook that is used to capture project status per project (One template used by all projects). These "status reports" are used to update a Master file containing the information for ALL of the projects in one sheet. there is field by field mapping as every cell containing information maps back to a corresponding field in the Master file. for example, one workbook is for the FX project. this contains all of the relevant information for that project. the master workbook will contain ONE ROW that has all of the information found in the FX file. (the source file is formatted to present the information VERTICALLY while the master file will present it HORIZONTALLY. I need to import the cell value,cell color and modify the colors based on the value. I have attached a copy of each template. The file named "Project Dashboard" currently has some macros that I tried to create. this code is very sloppy and does not work properly. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS PROJECT MUST BE COMPLETED AND READY TO RUN NO LATER THAN TUESDAY, DECEMBER 12, 2006.
