Delphi Program and Web Site Updates

I need some updates made to a program written in Delphi. For this project you will need to be able to program in Delphi and do some web coding -- the program interfaces with a web site. The program (already written) inserts a link to the user's latest blog post into their email in Outlook. You can see it at [login to view URL] I will provide you with source code to the program and a login to the web site. The changes I need made are: 1) Change the layout of the Options dialog to be more self-explanatory. Also, add "About" button to Options dialog. 2) Implement a way to know if an install completed / program was run successfully - show this in the admin console of the web site. Have the app report this to the server and store in the DB. 3) Update the web site to support simple accounts for each user, and support click-through statistics for each user/blog if the link is clicked on (by redirecting through the server). Show this by link and total. Make this an option - on/off in the client. 4) Add support for "short" URLs (hashed URLs re-directed through [login to view URL]). 5) Provide support for "registered" version -- allow the user to purchase a registration key they can enter into the program, which removes the promotional "get your own blogsigs" link. The key should be unique per user. 6) Modify the web site admin console to: a) Allow for filtering by Platform (Windows/Mac/Firefox/All) b) Support deletion of submitted user feedbacks 7) Update the setup program with the revised Delphi app and upload to the web site. Please do not hesitate to ask any questions. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
