We are a packaging plant in need of a website which will allow us to: -Allow customers to SECURELY order online -Procedures must be laid in that will send emails confirming their order and other standard procedures when a customer orders online -Site must pull quantities and update inventory off our Progressive database -Site must have a modern, stylish look - no Front Page crap -Another part of our company rents tents to locals for events and the site must allow the customer to go to our website to reserve a tent for an event, the site must confirm that tent is not already reserved for that day and time, site must take deposit for reserve, site must send corresponding email with deposit ticket that they will present upon pick up. -A new logo will be required Winning bidder must have it's own graphics department to ensure a programmer is not doing the designs but rather a graphic artist. This is a serious project for serious bidders only and I will require proven experience and some type of small taste of a working example to accept bid to ensure I do not spin my wheels with someone who is incapable of doing the work.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
