Banner Advertisement Application

I need an application written in PHP/MySQL that will display banner ads on a page. There will need to be an administration screen as well. I will want exceptional commenting of the PHP code. You will work with an HTML template that I will provide. The integration is your responibility. I will want code that creates the tables for the MySQL database. This code should be in a PHP page that can be executed on any web server running PHP and MySQL. I have attached an outline of the project. This project needs to be installed and ready to go by Septmeber 19, 2003. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform PHP/ MySQL
