assistance wit Access project

We are developing an access 2003 application. We will design and create the screen layouts, dtatbase structure and reports. The bid is to provide us with technical assistance for mor advanced program logic including error messages if mandatory fields are empty automatically generating reference numbers - next in sequence selecting records for recordsets for selective viewing, printing, processing passing information from one table to another table/form as a lookup based on relationship between 2 identical keys assistance with setting properties for appearance, masks, etc the bid is to provide us with advice, sample commented re-useable code and in some instances making actual changes to our code The bid is to provide us with this information over a 2 month period if any query takes longer than 48 hours to be resolved or if we wait longer than 24 hours for a response we will have the right to cancel the bid ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
